International Council for Economic Cooperation of the Regions is an autonomous non-commercial organization, which provides assistance in implementing and promoting investment projects, programs and business initiatives in the field of interregional and international cooperation.
The Council provides “a one window” services for the potential investors; searches for investment projects upon the investor request (unique database of the Russian investment projects); provides full support during the project implementation, including interaction with the government authorities; encourages the formation of integrated solutions relating to the production localisation of foreign companies in the Russian regions and establishment of direct contacts between regional and foreign government authorities, professional and business communities.
